We regret that your move was not completed to your total satisfaction, and it has become necessary for you to file a claim. This online filing process has been designed to help you file your claim as quickly and easily as possible. Please note that claims must be submitted within a specified period of time. Please review the terms of your moving contract to insure timely submission of your claim.
Each claim is thoroughly investigated. Settlement will be made in accordance with the valuation you selected on your moving contract.
Do not repair or discard any damaged item unless we have authorized you to do so. We have the right to inspect all claimed damage prior to any settlement.
Please be assured that every effort will
be made to promptly resolve your claim.
Filing Directions
Enter your last name and carrier's
reference number as it appears on your
moving documentation. You may also
use your shipment's Government Bill
of Lading (GBL) number or purchase order
number if applicable. After entering this
information, click the "Log-In" button to
proceed. You will be allowed to change
or modify any entry prior to final submission
of your claim.
